Responsibilities

Tasks
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff involved in food preparation, portioning, and
service.

Maintain records of sales, waste, stock, and equipment.

Estimate and order the necessary ingredients and supplies for daily operations.

Train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.

Ensure that food quality and service standards are met.

Address customer requests, special orders, and complaints promptly.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Assist in planning daily operational needs and staff shift scheduling.

Prepare and review shift reports and other operational documents.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
