• Oversee and execute the accurate installation of countertops, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards.
• Handle intricate measurements, cuts, and custom fittings to guarantee precision and a superior finish. • Dismantle existing countertops and plumbing as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to promote efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
• Inspire and direct the installation team to meet company objectives.
• Lead the loading and unloading of company vehicles with essential materials and products.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to comprehend installation processes and

layouts.

• Organize and sustain work materials and specialized equipment utilized for installations.
