Tasks
Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Innovate new menu items and seasonal dishes.
Maintain high quality and consistency of food served.
Coordinate with FOH management to ensure guest satisfaction.
