Position Overview

As a Baker / Storefront Team Member, you will interact directly with guests and prepare some of the most loved food and beverage items in Canada. Your role will involve greeting guests, taking orders, and baking delicious products that meet Tim Hortons’ high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly attitude
• Prepare and serve beverages including coffee and Iced Capps®
• Bake and assemble bakery items, sandwiches, and wraps
• Follow Tim Hortons operating procedures and quality standards for all products and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to a fun and positive team culture
