Position Overview

As a Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and accessible for customers. You will play a key role in maintaining Costco’s high standards for product presentation, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain optimal product levels
• Align products, return stray items, and follow merchandising standards
• Communicate with supervisors and managers to prioritize tasks and plan merchandising
• Use manual pallet jacks to move pallets and restock items
• Prepare displays, assemble models, and modify setups for safe handling
• Cut boxes, wrap pallets, and mark unmarked products for store accuracy
• Keep the sales floor clean and safe, including debris removal and operation of cardboard balers and trash compactors
• Assist members by providing product information and helping load large items into carts
• Support other warehouse areas as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• For Quebec locations: proficiency in French (oral and written)
