About the Role
TD Bank is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its branch in Edmonton, Alberta. As part of TD Canada Trust’s frontline team, you’ll be the face of the bank — helping customers with everyday financial transactions, offering advice, and ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions or products
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Promote TD’s products and refer customers to internal specialists when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and professional branch environment that reflects TD’s service standards
- Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience and branch efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or banking experience (undergraduate degree is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital banking systems
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
