Customer Experience Associate

About the Role

TD Bank is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join its branch in Edmonton, Alberta. As part of TD Canada Trust’s frontline team, you’ll be the face of the bank — helping customers with everyday financial transactions, offering advice, and ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions or products
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Promote TD’s products and refer customers to internal specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a positive and professional branch environment that reflects TD’s service standards
• Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience and branch efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or banking experience (undergraduate degree is an asset)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital banking systems
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers
