Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff and supervisor in the food and beverage department of our facility
  • Orders items such as food, linen, beverages ( alcoholic and none alcoholic)
  • Ensure proper food service and quality control
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Must know the establishment’s culinary genres
  • Supervising employee activities to conform to established standards and policies
  • Establish work schedules
  • Respond quickly to customer complaints to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follows and implements standards and procedures
  • Managing catering orders, functions, and events
  • Work with our catering team to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follows all labour laws
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Enforce code of conducts of the organization
  • Hires, trains and holds team members accountable
  • Helps with sales strategies
  • Access Control of the building (checking IDs for legal age, controlling capacity)
  • Patrolling & Surveillance
  • Conflict Management (De-escalating customer disputes, removing aggresive or intoxicated guests, communicating with local law enforcement if necessary)
  • Reporting (Documenting incidents, writing reports)
  • Any other duties fits for this position as discussed with ownership
