NEWGEN CLEANING SERVICES is hiring an experienced Cleaning Service Manager to oversee daily operations of its janitorial services in Calgary. This role involves managing staff, controlling budgets, ensuring service quality, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across client sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily cleaning service operations

• Evaluate and improve daily operational performance

• Plan and organize staff schedules and service delivery

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff

• Plan and control budgets and inventory ($100,001 – $500,000)

• Manage contracts related to advertising or marketing strategies

• Address and resolve customer complaints or service concerns

• Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant management experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
