About the Role
Amazon is hiring a Human Resources Manager – Employee Relations to support fulfillment and logistics operations across Canada. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals seeking human resources jobs at Amazon Canada with strategic impact, national scope, and senior stakeholder exposure.
As part of Amazon’s North American Employee Relations team, you will ensure fair, consistent, and respectful treatment of employees while aligning workplace practices with Amazon’s core values and operational goals. The position is available in Vancouver or Toronto and requires frequent domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee and labour relations initiatives across fulfillment and logistics operations
- Proactively identify workplace risks using employee feedback, metrics, and trend analysis
- Manage crisis-oriented employee relations issues under tight time constraints
- Design, launch, audit, and scale positive workplace relations programs
- Own and deliver network-wide HR projects that improve frontline employee experience
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable recommendations
- Develop and deliver training programs for leaders and HR partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams, and operations managers
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in employee relations, labour relations, or employment law
- Proven experience managing HR programs at scale
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Preferred
- Advanced degree, JD, or specialized labour/employee relations training
- Experience building engagement programs with measurable impact
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills
- Multilingual communication skills are an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $85,700 – $143,100 per year
- Total compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and performance incentives

- Location: Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON
- Travel: Up to 50% across Canadian Amazon sites
