Compensation & Schedule

  • $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (negotiable)

  • 30–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily bar and service operations

  • Monitor revenues and control labour and operating costs

  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff (11–15 employees)

  • Ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws and regulations

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination

  • Balance cash, complete financial reports, and manage POS systems

  • Enforce health, safety, and workplace standards

  • Address customer concerns and ensure high service quality

  • Negotiate catering services and facility usage when required

  • Organize and manage special events

Education & Experience Requirements

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management

Certifications Required

  • ProServe Certification

  • Food Safety Certificate
