Truck Driver – Edmonton, AB

We are currently hiring Truck Drivers for a full-time, permanent position in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is suitable for both experienced drivers and entry-level candidates, as training is provided. Drivers will operate tractor-trailer units on local and short-haul routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently

• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Inspect tires, brakes, lights, and safety equipment

• Ensure cargo safety, including tarping and securing loads

• Record driver logbooks, fuel consumption, distance traveled, and hours of service

• Complete accident, incident, and inspection reports when required

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on the vehicle

• Handle payments related to goods when required

Job Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• English language proficiency

• Attention to detail and safety awareness

• Willingness to work early mornings, days, evenings, or nights

• Ability to work locally and on short-haul routes

Experience: Not required – employer will train
