Responsibilities

Tasks

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence systems and components within the Company’s technology stack
• Build, optimize, test, and maintain algorithms and models that improve the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of AI-driven product features
• Take machine learning concepts from experimentation and prototyping through to practical, production-ready solutions
• Perform experimentation and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within structured and unstructured datasets and turn those findings into actionable insights
• Prepare, extract, transform, and engineer data using appropriate programming languages, tools, and software development practices
• Write and maintain code to clean, organize, transform, and prepare data for machine learning workflows and model development
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and mathematical methodologies to product-related, business-driven, and customer-focused challenges
• Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and overall product value
• Visualize data, model outputs, and analytical results in ways that support business decision-making, product improvement, and customer understanding
• Coordinate research, analysis, experimentation, and data-processing activities involving both structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with software developers, Product and Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning and AI solutions into production environments
• Monitor and maintain deployed machine learning solutions, troubleshooting issues and making improvements as products and underlying data evolve
• Stay current with developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, and related technologies, identifying opportunities to apply new approaches to the Company’s products
• Help establish practical standards and best practices for machine learning development, experimentation, testing, deployment, and documentation
