H-Mart Edmonton Inc is seeking a skilled UX Designer / Web Designer to join our team in Edmonton. This on-site role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing user-centered digital experiences across web platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into intuitive, high-performing website solutions.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients and internal stakeholders to identify UX and website requirements
• Design and document website architecture, layouts, and user flows
• Design, develop, and integrate website-related code
• Create and optimize website content using graphics, databases, animation, and multimedia tools
• Source, organize, and structure content to enhance usability and visual hierarchy
• Determine hardware and software requirements to ensure optimal performance
• Design and implement information systems and digital business solutions
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and contingency plans to reduce security risks
• Execute, document, and analyze results of application, system, and telecommunication tests
• Resolve conflicts and usability issues throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
• Experience as a UX Designer or Web Designer is an asset
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to work on-site in Edmonton
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
