Tasks

• Plan the business and set the schedule
• Expertly handcraft bread and pastries by hand from scratch
• Ensure Baking Team is engaged, trained and has the tools and resources required to execute the plan
• Ensure the Front End Team is trained and exceeding customer expectations
• Order (or delegate) ingredients and stock required to not run out, but not overstock (control inventory)
• Implement ideas to improve the business performance
• Control process variations, troubleshoot quality issues on an ongoing basis
• Deliver the financial results set out in the budget
• Ensure a safe work environment and ensure all equipment is maintained and working properly
