Responsibilities

Tasks

Make dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, along with batters for muffins, cookies, and
cakes, plus icings and frostings based on recipes or special requests;

Bake mixed dough and batters, as well as breads and other pastries;

Handle special orders;

Make sure the quality of products meets set standards;

Use equipment like baking ovens and blenders and other machinery. Order materials,
equipment, and supplies;

Keep inventory organized and maintained;

Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Clean and sanitize surfaces;

May train other staff

Carry out any other tasks as requested by management.
