Responsibilities
Tasks

Pizza Preparation: Kneading, tossing, and stretching pizza dough; preparing sauces,
grating cheese, and slicing toppings like vegetables and meats.
Cooking Operations: Operating and maintaining pizza ovens, ensuring proper
temperatures for consistent quality.
Order Fulfillment: Assembling pizzas based on customer preferences or menu recipes
and ensuring timely, accurate service.
Kitchen Sanitation: Cleaning workstations, sanitizing equipment, and adhering to strict
food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies and
notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.
Menu Support: Preparing sides, such as garlic bread or salads, and potentially
contributing to new menu item development.
Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen setting, specifically with dough
preparation and oven operation, is required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and perform repetitive, fastpaced
tasks.
Skills: Knowledge of food safety (e.g., Food Handler’s Card), attention to detail, strong
teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
