This role involves applying, finishing, and repairing plaster surfaces on interior and exterior structures. The position is well suited for individuals seeking plasterer jobs that require precision, surface preparation skills, and experience with decorative and protective plaster finishes.

Plastering Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces and applying plaster to achieve smooth, durable finishes. Duties include:

• Applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster
• Cleaning and preparing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Curing freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability and finish quality
• Finishing corners and angles and creating decorative designs when required
• Mixing plaster ingredients to achieve the required consistency
• Moulding and installing ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
• Spraying acoustic or textured materials over walls and ceilings
• Troweling or spraying stucco over exterior surfaces to create weather-resistant finishes

Work Environment and Skills
